Q. What type of printers do you use?
A. All printing is done on prosumer level Epson wide format printers.
Q. What type of ink do you use?
A. All prints are printed using Epson UltraChrome K3 ink. Click >>HERE<< for more information.
Q. What type of paper do you use?
A. Our prints are printed on Epson Radiant White textured watercolor paper. The Epson Radiant White watercolor paper is a textured watercolor paper that creates a very vibrant print.
Q. How long will my prints last?
A. That's a tough question. Under ideal conditions and the correct care, color prints have a life of approximately 100 years while black and white prints could last as long as 200 years.
Q. How do you package the prints before you ship them?
A. The prints are placed in individual plastic protective sleeves after they spend 24 hours drying. They are then shipped out in rigid flat mailers with a cardboard backing.
Q. Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
A. We do all shipping with the US Postal Service. For domestic shipping we use Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days for delivery. Shipping and handling for domestic orders cost $10.00 for 1-4 prints, or $2.50 per print for 5 or more. For international shipping we use USPS International Prioroty Mail which takes approximatelt 10 days for delivery. Shipping and handling for international orders cost $24.00 for 1-4 prints or $6.00 each for 5 or more prints, with the exception of Canada. International orders to Canada cost $20.00 for 1-4 prints or $5.00 each for 5 or more prints.
